Cheap Printers and where to buy

Need some advice on a good budget inkjet printer. It's for my old man who will use it to print 5 pages a year, so no need to pay top dollar. Any suggestions on what might be good in £100-150 bracket and where to buy.

HP Deskjet 690c or whatever the new replacement for it is, should be available for around that price range.. dont go for any cheap lexmark, you'll be sorry in the end if you ever go to print decent quality pictures.
