Setting up a business etc

Can someone point me towards a step by stepguide to doing this? I'm referring to getting it registered and so on. I know I have seen the relevant processes laid out somewhere before, but I don't know where to start looking. I'd be grateful if you could help..

the bank of ireland site has a great getting started guide that can be downloaded and printed out, or go to your local bank of ireland and ask for acopy.

im getting something started at the moment (www.3count.tk) so if you have any simple questions, throw them at me
