On command of our lord God (DeVore actually), I've decided to create a charter.

It hardly seems needed and some input is welcomed, but the basics are:

1. This forum is for the discussion of the TV program Smallville, but of course from time to time discussion will wander to the wider Superman universe, and possibly even the whole DC universe.

2. No Abuse. Abuse of any kind will absolutely not be tolerated, I hate abuse (in the forum I moderate), as the late lamented Castor Troy used to say, "attack the post not the poster".

3. No Spam. This is harder to police with occasional posts of "yeah I really enjoyed that episode" being the entire content. I guess thats okay, but excessive spam is a no no.

If anyone else has anything else to add, feel free to reply, especially cloud, since it's kinda your community.
