Erm., I TRIED to post this a second ago but it didn't work,
QUICKLY this time (cos my original post was quite long)
Outlook Express 5.50, running on win2k, (in /outnews mode) is losing the from header in the message list, which is annoying me for MANY resons. Any idea why it's doing this? (cant find it in the MS KB)
Happened before on Windows 98SE, but I obviously enough had to reformat to upgrade to 2K advanced server and it went away til just last week.
The "from" field shows up fine on messages i downloaded last week, but any new ones appear in the list minus the sender.

    Help!?

As fitting as it may be, i Doubt i'm the only one with this problem?
Surely it's happening to someone else?
(and yes, i know yesterday was a bank holiday, but i figured there'd be someone knowledgable around)

Usually the solution, but not this time wink.gif
The column is THERE, but the actuall "from" name isn't appearing in it, and it's only on posts downloaded in the past few days, the older ones have it all OK...
