Not a problem just have to watch first post/first thread posts that advertise things. They look mighty suspicious.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5 Thunder1

I know they can look suspicious, but i really wanted to start a discussion about this web comic to know how good is that, then to learn something more by talking with some other people... it was not spam but just an argumentation to be active in the forum from the beginning.
I hope i won't seem suspicious anymore and i just hope to spread my culture by talking with you and other members.
    Have a nice day.

I don't think this really classifies as anime or manga.

My thoughts exactly, shouldn't this be in the comic forum?

.... isn't it the comic section?:)

I'm not a fan of a collection of grainy photos that trys to pass it self off as a comic... sorry. Although the website looks cool and nicely set up I would never follow a "webcomic" like this because I prefer pencil/ink art to fancy photoshop skills.
As far as using a thread to draw attension to a webcomic I don't see any problem with that as long as it dos'nt become spam. So fitz0 you should'nt be suspicious of this kinda thing, I'm always happy to be given a link to a new site and check out some art. It's one of the main reasons I look at these forums.

Have to agree with DM... this isn't like Millar trying to get people to buy his comic, this is free. I come here to see what is going on with comics and anything free is fine, but this just isn't my bag. But good luck to the creators.

I really like the feel of this page.... Some really good work. Arkham asylum tone to it. When I went onto the site tho it was all in spainish and the pages look to be by a different artist... still really good but I especially like this page. Looking forward to seeing more, when does it update??

Thank you, dmcloughney! I want to update with a page every monday, wednesday and friday... but it depends if I get interested readers, of course.
    (Sorry for my poor english)
Ahn - and the language is portuguese, not spanish :)

Aooleu is a romanian comics newspaper. Its published monthly in english and is paid for by the culture minister. You can read all the issues online at the website but I've asked them to post over some physical copies that I will see about getting around Dublin and Kilkenny. The print job they get done is really good and they are open to submissions from artists outside of Romanian.

Our Eldritch Master and Dark Lord Ellis recently linked to The Nightmare Of The Wine Hobo, which is a comic good enough to justify venturing into that horrible, horrible corner of the web known as MySpace.

    Hi dmcloughney!
    Im happy you enjoyed!
I'm very 'lazy' - I make comics in my little free time (I work with webdesign), so there´s a lot of photo-based-drawings on this page.

I thought as much.. when you looked at the buildings closely they looked a little too perfect. Really good layout tho, I want one of those jackets with a weed leaf on the back

Hey, guys! I thought people might get a kick out of this new comic anthology that recently came out called Agitainment.comics (http://agitainment.com/ics). The stories have an old-school EC-type feel. What does everybody think?
