    a new(ish) band fairuza are playing tonight in the TBMC
    Doors @8pm
    €5/6 ( I think)
    Im only a fan
    I dont have all the details plus Im too lazy to go back to their website www.fairuzamusic.com to find out for certain
    They are a really cool band Great songs
    well worth checking out
    Ill will personally refund anyone who isnt at least 78%satisfied

    I apologise and admit it was a cheap shot to get people to look at the post but I think they're really great and people who like new live music would be really interested

    by the way- i have seen fairuza before. pretty good band actually.

    well holy st joseph! i'm sure fairuza are a good enough band but the way your header sounded i made some serious speculation about bill having returned to r.e.m. and the lot of them playing whelan's or queen having dug up freddie mercury or elvis having been seen waiting for the 45 on college green or something equally impossible! don't do that to me, fast changes in bloodpressure can lead to serious illness at my age! ;)

    i was there, twas a good gig, apparantly the band are playing a jeff buckley tribute gig in new york soon.
    oxygen kiosk and velvetron (all 1 of him. the keyboard player couldnt make it) played too, i thought oxygen kiosk were good, i wasnt really into the velvetron stuff.
