Just ordered a BX80526U850256E (p3 coppermine 850 secc2) , i'm not entirely sure if this includes the heatsink and fan. Can someone clarify this please, also whats the difference between this and BX80526H850256E ? (hehe, maybe i should have asked before typing my credit card number in )

It does include a heatsink and fan, both of those codes seem to come up with the exact same thing, p3 850, with heatsink and fan, boxed, 3 year warranty. I would venture that the 'U' denotes a newer stepping, and so would be better for overclocking. i.e. perhaps the 'H' is a cb0 stepping, whereas the 'U' may be the newer cc0 stepping. Another point that seems to suggest this, is that the 'U' seems to be cheaper, which would make sense, as intel cut prices, and the older 'H' would have been bought in at a higher price. This is pure conjecture on my part, but either way a heatsink and fan is included.
