I am currently setting up my own company. This is my first business venture. I really need advise on non for profit status. I would be very grateful if there is anyone out there that could give me some advise. Thankyou :confused:

Suggest you post this on the business/economy board - usually good responses to this kind of thing over there.

Alternatively, maybe giving the companies office/tax office a ring (or an accountant, if you know any giving free advice)
