not really.

The full sound blaster used to use gold plated connections/sockets but no longer.

they both have the same processing chip, the Live! has an external drive which i have found no real use for.

get the 3500 speakers with the card they are da bomb!!

On a similar note, i wonder if anyone from CL in Ireland has comments on the Audigy card thats coming (any hints on release dates).
