New Sky sales manager for Ireland

Sky have announced the appointment of a new sales manager for Ireland Ms. Susan Geraughty, Susan comes from the telephone industry. A new Field sales and marketing executive is Mr. Ruairi Gough. Sky now claim to have 235,000 subscribers in Ireland.

235,000? That's impressive, when two short years ago they only had 75,000. They will almost certainly beat Chorus by the end of the year.

The subsidised offer and BBC1 and 2NI would have helped. Plus the fact that a lot of the country including where I live, don't ahve ANY other payTV choice. ITV and C4 would help sales in ROI even more.
