kbd/numlock problem

Hav a comp ere n numlock won't work, not restricted to any particular program just won't type numbers, only function work. Changed the kbd and regional setings, neither worked. OS maybe?

There's a bug in Winnt that resets the Numlock setting at boot. Check www.microsoft.com/technet 'tis up there somewhere.
