registering a company ?

How do I got about doing this ? I do networking work/web development every now and then on a small scale for various businesses/schools. Having a company name would allow me to get larger contracts. What process do I have to go through to get a company name and how much does it cost ? Anyone got any links ? Cheers, Gav

Yea, thats how I did it. I gave a mate of mines da (who is an accountant) £75 and the company name and the directors and he did everything else...

Of course you could go to companies office and do it yourself for £50 (or whatever euro it is now)
