Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    if so dont read any further this will be bollocks.

    I read elsewhere that a channel called SNE could be sky news Eire active.
    This seems to have some clout because why have 3 Sky news channels showing Irish adverts ?? Ok one of them states cable but why the other two ??

    Over here in england sky news active is a screen that is spilt into 8 sections showing showbiz news, weather, headlines etc.But when I checked the Irish versions there is no red button to access this service yet.

    I've had sky news active since i got sky installed in may, but now the active logo has vanished, whats going on i can't access Sky news active anymore. Im in dublin, also bbc text is gone (whats thier excuse 4 that then?)

    Yep, think you need a reboot (especially if you have a Pace box >O( ), the sky news in the EPG definitely has active on it, i'm in Dublin and i've never had probs with it.

    plug out your Sky box for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in

    Sky News Cable is supposed to be used by cable companies. This version doesn't have the red dot but does carry Sky analog teletext.;)

    I suppose it's possible that SNE is for Eire as Sky's interactive services are to start happening soon. Maybe Sky News voting will be the first installment of the phase in.
