Firstly, you can't. Unless you find them on the internet, but most likely that's warez. Secondly, I doubt the general populace will know what you are talking about. I do, but you might want to explain yourself a bit better. I just hop your not talking about anything ecchi.

Try searching Anipike. It's very doubtful anyone in Ireland stocks such items.

Not a hope in hell. Very few of them have ever been translated, for a start, and the better ones (like Comic Party or Kanon) are unplayable in Japanese unless you can actually translate them.

Otaku Publishing (www.otaku.co.uk) translated and released some hentai games (Ring Out, the lesbian wrestling game, springs to mind unbidden...) but nothing particularly *good*.
