Not many griefers left on RZ- most of them left for Sullon, where anything (including griefing/xp loss) is allowed. Give the bastage time, he'll go off to legends or SZ, all you need to do is recruit a couple of MB wizzies, nothing else will stop a bard in an outdoor zone
