Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well that particular scene was played out in the Ohio State Supreme Court as a part of the prosectutions case as they sought to ammend the Federal Rules regarding the circumstances where comapnies call indivduals at home out of the blue.
The written ruling went on to describe a scene from the sitcom "Seinfeld" in which the lead character asks a telemarketing rep for a home phone number so he can call back later.
