Missing teletext on Scot FTV

I'm having a problem with my Scottish FTV card, no digital text or BBCi. I get the press TV and then text button I've tried a forced download, no joy. Any ideas? Thanks in advance :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Do you get Sky News active? I would expect that you don't. A simple reboot (i.e. plug the box out for about one minute) should have fixed this problem. No need for the forced download, but that should also have cleared the problem.
