    Anybody in the know please please please responsd :/ is the SWORDS exchange in Dublin DSL upgraded yet....I've rang Eircom 20 times in the last 2months 10 of those times it is upgraded we just need to retest your line, 10 of those times it is not upgraded yet sorry you'll have to wait..

    Oh and btw who the fook do they have on the other end of the line answering the questions FFS...what is the max distance I ask, errr that would be 6 miles sir ROFL....again another day..what is the max distance sir/man....errr that would be 1km sir after that we can't offer the service...

    JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have a mate in swords, says the exchange will not be upgraded for the immediate future, possably the end of the year ... 'possably'

    1800 503 303 - Residential Adsl .... R U ringing them ?
    you could try 1800 512 128 iswell - business Adsl

    ........you have to be within 1 mile of your local exchange

    call 1800 512 128 and ask for someone that knows what they are talking about is the best thing to do I reckon ?

    At least it wasnt yesterday /...........

    Sorry The swords exchange went online so to Speak today
    so cal 1800 512-128 in the morning and get your line checked

    cheers for the answers :) i though max distance was 8000ft i.e. 2.5km ? are Eircom using dodgy equipment ? 1mile from local exchange in swords covers the main street and fook all else :/ !!

    Grrrrrrrrr..!!

    6 more years before RADSL I guess :(
