Put "" in the signature options in user cp and it should work.Without the quotes

The picture has to be a .jpg or other image file(Almost sure it has to be).Right click and save to your pc as .jpg.Then sign up for your free space with boards.ie and upload the image making sure it ends in .jpg.
Should work then.Thats how I got mine working.

edit-just looking at the url and Its a .png image.Try save it as a jpeg and it should work-edit
