How does this micro route work???

Girlfriend moved into a new house over the weekend and while helping her move in i found one of these micro routers sitting beside, but not connected to the phone plug in the hall. ok, i've read the web page above and i see its for routing calls via alternative networks, but what phone companies use it and is it any use??…

ok, i've read the web page above and i see its for routing calls via alternative networks, but what phone companies use it and is it any use??

when i first saw it i was hoping beyond hope that it was an adsl connection..oh well.:rolleyes:

sometimes Esat use micro routers for diverting calls on to their phone network I don't know about any of the other 3rd party call carriers

My Dad used to use Newtel for phone calls, ended up alot cheaper.
