    Does anyone know where I could purchase these, *offline*?
    I'm mainly looking for the NT Platform SDK, or all SDK/DDK's if possible.

    Purchase them from microsoft. They are very expensive though.

    Most of MS's SDK's are availbe online for download, if you are looking for the actual msdn library (tech doc's API's etc) you're best off with the online verion too (most often updated). If it's developer apps (VS, SQL Server etc) then cough up the big bucks.
