Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Something you stand on to distance yourself from the fiery pull of the earth's gravitational field as it sucks at your very soul, pulling you deeper and deeper into it's treacherous underbelly?

Only onther thing is a haircut.

Sounds like regional dialect. Cork or Limerick probably, they're pretty good at using words for completely the wrong reason.

    Could be shortening of Doorstepper...

What peeps who sell religion door to door (jehovas witness' etc) are called at home.

I think that you can take it as a given that it isn't a good thing though.

Well, certainly ain't no Limerick expression, I'd guess it means someone who is often used by other people for their own nefarious purposes and is too stupid/apathetic to do anything about it, well either that or its from cork

I've heard it used as short for step mother/father/brother/sister

    As in:
Who's he? He's one of the steps, he's a step.

Though I suspect that this is not the answer you're looking for.
