The bill proposing the referendum needs to be passed by both houses and approved by the president first, this won't happen until at least September. Then the Minister for Environment and Local Government will issue an order setting the date for the referendum, usually 20-30 days after the order. The ireland for europe website isn't great as it only contains 2 reasons to vote yes!!!!!

the bulk of the site about themselves and pays much homage to their cult leader Ciaron Toland.

However I thought it would be relevant to post the link as these guys seem to be in the papers every second day and must have a personal hotline access to the Irish Times, judging by the number of quotes they get there.

The bulk of their executive director types are Fianna Failures - such as Averil power who is/was Fianna Failure TCD SU president.
