Real <> MP3

I've got to convert a good few files from realmedia to mp3 and vice versa. This is posing a slight problem. I have realplayer 8 installed. I have these .rmj files, but it doesn't recognise them. Anyone got a proggie for me to try? or a link to a possible winamp plugin?

Don't know off the top of my head of a program that coverts RM/RAM to MP3
BUT

if you get a prog call 'Real Encoder' you can convert RM/RAM to WAV (I'm pretty sure it works both ways?)
then use a prog like Music Match to change WAV to MP3. (If winamp does this then you don't even need MM)

I got the TARA plugin for winamp, used the Diskwriter Wave out hingy for output and converted the wavs to mp3s
