XP and Via Mobo Problems

I have a problem where in games such as Counter-Strike, models appear at the wrong time as to when/where they actually are, if you catch my drift. I made an mpg of this @ aim.mpg

I just heard from a friend that XP and Via motherboards have some problems and therefore leads to this.

If someone could confirm this or even if someone has knowledge about howto fix this (apart from installing another OS -- bios flash etc) I would be greatful.

    Thanks

Never heard of this, at worst a motherboard will cause slowdowns or crashes, but not major graphical glitches like that. What graphics card are you using?
