Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This thread originially started in Accommodation, but had been relatively unsuccessful there. in 8 days it got 8 votes. In After hours it got a further 12 in the next 45 minutes.

I object that i am lumped in with those 'Southsider' types in Dublin city.
I think there should be a change to North Dublin City and South Dublin City.

It sure is! And another thing, for those of you who aren't from Laois and Portlaoise, it's pronounced "Leesh" and "Portleesh", not "Leesh-ah" and "Portleesh-ah". I'm fed up hearing people, particularly on the telly and radio, saying "County Leesh-ah" or "So and so was remanded in custody at "Portleesh-ah" Prison." There is no bloody "a" or "ah" at the end of it! Full stop! Period! Comprende? Capeesh?

Just thought I'd point that out as it really pi$$es me off. Same as people spelling my name with an "e", i.e Aiden. It's Aidan with an a not an "e", thank you very much!

Oh, by the way, I'm from the aforementioned Portlaoise. Not Portleesh-ah, but Portlaoise. :D
