WITNNESS - Do rules apply on sunday nite camping?

I know there will be supervision and all that but since witnness is over sunday nite could ppl get in2 the campsite with out a campin ticket? cuz i know someone coming down jus for the sunday with no where to stay... ??

The campsite is their responsibility until early monday morning. There will still be facilities and guards until that time.
