    I've been listening to alot of my old pixies cd's lately ...when I say lately I mean the last year and a half or so........and it must be the old showing your age thing again....but I really don't think there's any rock band that's come out in the ten years since they've split that can touch them.....most bands use anger in such an obvious way but not the pixies.....what he's saying and how he sings it , its not done in the typical way...... the perfect mix of noise and melody .........amazing band

    Aaaaaggh I hate this things, because I'm the type of person who always has to get their tuppence worth in. Of course, in my day, you could buy a record for tuppwnce, and still have change left over to get the 11A back to Ranelagh......

    My top ten changes weekly, if not daily, but this week I have nostly been listening to:

    THE SMITHS: Meat is Murder
    UNKLE: Psycience Fiction
    THE SMITHS: Louder then Bombs
    DJ SHADOW: Pre-emptive Strike
    TURN: Antisocial
    TOOL: AEnima
    MY BLOODY VALENTINE: Isn't Anything
    PIXIES: Doolittle

    And of course whatever tape is stuck in my car stereo before I get the tweezers and a screwdriver to it. If anyone ver steals my car stero, they will be the one saying ' Awwwriigh bud, d'wanna buy dis stereeeeo dat plays de best of Haircuh 100 all de bleedin' toime....'

    Its a long story.

    but its not my top ten albums of all time, im just too lazy to think about this one, sorry!

    Mr D's List was good having been the only person to include a dinosaur jr. album on his list......
    now for my list..... ergh i can't think of any GREAT albums but i'll knock down whatever i can think of off hand...
