Well... layout, design and implementation of websites basically, - most of them with full ecommerce systems built in. - so that includes a lot of HTML, graphic editing, ASP, JavaScript, Database setups in Access and SQL, server maintenance, team leadership, the odd bit of customer liaison and training... I lend my hand to pretty much everything and anything in web design and implementation, both front and back-end.
