Connextix VGS on 2k/XP

A patch has just been released to allow vgs to run on nt based systems. even better is the fact that it will work on patched versions and the demo. grab the patch and the demo at www.psxfanatics.com .now its time to play final fantasy 7 at a reasonable speed with full frambuffer effects yay!
