THE NEW AUSTRALIAN GST.

The only thing that the Taxation Office hasn't imposed a tax on yet so far, is the male penis. This might be basically due to the fact that:

a. 40% of the time it's just hanging around unemployed.

b. 30% of the time it's extremely tight and hard up.

c. 20% of the time it's always getting pissed off.

d. 10% of the time it's down in a deep hole.

Also on top of that, it has two small dependants and they are both nuts.
So effectively, from the 1st of July 2001, your penis will now be taxed according to its productivity & size. After much debate & discussion, the new tax brackets are to be divided up as follows:

a. 10 - 12"

b. 8 - 10"

Pole tax. - $25.

c. 5 - 8"

Privilege tax - $15.

d. 4 - 5"

Nuisance tax - $5.

*Any males who exceed 12" must file under the Capitol Gains tax rule.

*Also males who less than 4" are eligible for a small refund and free lifetime government counselling.

AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY MALES REQUEST EXTENSIONS!

Still though, all sexually active Aussie men are waiting for answers to the following specific questions from the Taxation Office:

a. Will, there be any stringent penalties imposed for early withdrawals?

b. What if one's penis is registered solely as self employed?

c. Will multiple partners count as a Company or Corporation?

d. Finally, will condoms be considered to be a deductible expense, for example as a work uniform?
