MS Exchange Query

Lads is there a way to add a global signature to all outgoing email messages thru MS Exchange Server. A few of the guys in here think that it can be done but when queried further they don't know how to do it.

One of the Directors has had a bright idea. :rolleyes:

AFAIK it can be done. Any email from companies usually has a disclaimer attached to the bottom of the email. You should be able to put any text/image in its place. I've no access to exchange at the moment so I can't verify it

AFAIK it can't be done natively. many of those mail disclaimers have been added to Outlook profiles one by one, at least according to people I know in companies who have them. The downside is that individual users can (and do) change them.

Apologies I forgot the golden rule, give as many details as possible. Its Exchange 5.5.

Sceptre thanks for those links, I reckon it will have to be an add-on (plus they may want to upgrade to 2000).
