Check out this link for a work permit:

    http://www.entemp.ie/lfd/workpermits.htm

    Just be conscious of:
"Q.4. Can a person work whilst waiting for a work permit to issue?

A.4. No , a work permit must issue to an employer before the prospective employee can take up an offer of employment.Entering the service of an employer in the State without having a valid work permit is an offence under Irish law."

This situation results in an automatic refusal of an application

As you consider, are agreed employers on registration work permit for foreign worker? Even though he reliable, industrious, neighborly workman.
As I see from its experience, nobody this not it is necessary. The difficulties are concluded at period of the registration + employer it is necessary to pay their own money for registration.
    That you have advised?
There is output from this situations?
Where I can place classifieds about searching job,in what newspapers, message board ?

I suggest you get the visa first and you will have to pay it. You may not need a visa if you are from an EU country or have (substantial) family links in the EU.

Possible places to look for jobs are:

    http://www.fas.ie/

    http://www.jobs.ie/

    http://www.topjobs.ie/

    http://scripts.ireland.com/jobs/search/

    http://www.edenrecruitment.ie/

However if you just want bar / restaurant or shop work, you can get a job in Dublin in a few days - you will find advertising in many windows.

if you are aready in ireland and have no work permit, you can probably get yourself a job doing underpaid work, but i wouldnt advise it.
if you dont have a visa and are thinking of coming over, dont bother unless you get the visa. the above link helps.

If you don't have a visa, you wont get into the country. So there's no point in having a work permit and no visa......
