Right, my friend got his PC yesterday, set it up and got to the BIOS config stage. He got a GF2MX AGP, has it installed on the mobo (it's an AGP Pro slot, so it should work ok), but the BIOS is giving the beep code error of one long beep followed by two short beeps - a video card error. Now since he can't get past the BIOS setting stage its got flip all to do with drivers, I'm stumped as to what it is, anyone know what could be wrong?

    He has this mobo:

    Help the poor soul!

this is a thread for technology boards mate.

These here are the Hardware Tweaking boards.
unless this involves a soldering iron, spray paint or dremel it isn't really for here :)

You'd get better response in the tech boards.
