    ive heard a song on phantom a good few times but ive never heard the name of the artist , the line that sticks in my head is :

    "every halloween they hung a million rubber skeletons"

    hopefully someone can tell me the name of the song and artist .

    Yeh I ment to ask about that one. Defo not Tom Waits.
    Its a bloody weird song, kinda funny yet sad.
    Some bloke is kinda talking through his life saying what he did at random ages all the way to 127 yrs old or something.
    Its an interesting song to say the least!
    Ive heard it a lot on Phantom, so Im sure someone can ID it?
