Music of the night - Phantom
Brush up your shakespeare - Kiss me kate
Tell me it's not true - Blood Brothers

willy devilles storybook love is a classic.

ah i'd love a musicals board!
can i be the moderator :D
    i'm qualified honestly!!!!!!
    how do u go about getting a board...ask cloud/devore?
i went to see miss saigon last week.....
(now, if we had a musical board, i could post it there and it'd be a hell of a lot more relevant ;))

loved blood brothers, but more for the storyline than the music, although its good, its very repeated

i remember singing o fortuna in the concert hall with one of my choirs, i was made learn off the words coz i was in the front row but when the tape came out, you could hear all the people up the back singing 'rhubarb rhubarb' in time to the music.... he he

Dancer in the Dark was great. Have it on DVD, tough film though.

Moulin Rouge was good but I felt like there was so much extra stuff that was cut, or maybe the editing was just shockingly bad.

Although it was a song before it was in a movie, it still suits the scene/end SO well:

    Where Is My Mind
    - The Pixies

    Generally a very good song.

Anything from the matrix soundtrack especially marilyn manson and rammstein

  • Registered Users Posts: 183 ✭✭fester

    rammstein, lol.

Didn't they do a song for Lost Highway? ..i think so.
As i remember it fitted in real well, too! A strange band!

    edit:
Marilyn Manson also had a song in Lost Highway now that i think of it.
