Remote control set up problems

Hello Board,

I have a sony 4:3 tv and a pace digibox, nothing strange there.

My problem is that the digital remote control will not operate the fastext options on the Sony set with the coloured buttons.

Has any one had a similar experience and if so is there a workaround for this ??

Have you tried all the three digit codes that are given for the Sony TV's that Sky supply?

Try them all to see which ones give the best functions that you require. Our home set is a Grundig and some remote codes will allow you to change channels but not display Teletext and the fastext buttons for example.

Instructions should be in the user manual for the Digibox (certainly they are fr the Grundig one but it's forty miles away as I type so that's all I can offer in the way of help)
