    I know what you're thinking; who are Squeeze? Well, only one of the finest proponents of intelligent pop, that's who. If Pulp and Blur had a baby, it'd sound like Squeeze. Remember that catchy song "Tempted" from Reality Bites? That's Squeeze. Remember that song "Cool For Cats" that was used for that cat food ad? That's Squeeze. Remember that country & western-tinged song "Labelled With Love" that you liked but never admitted it? yup, Squeeze again. tune into this Thursday's Album Archive where we'll be examining their 1981 career-high "East Side Story" LP. Packed with album versions, live versions and alternative versions of the album tracks, and the odd b-side from the records' singles, you'll be well impressed with this week's show.
