As in my other post, the Abit KX333 is pretty good and fairly cheap. Supports PC2700Ram. If you wait a month, you will be able to get AGP8X boards to suit your CPU.

I have an MSI KT3 Ultra board, with an xp1800+ in it. It will take an xp2200 and supports PC2700 ram. I like it a lot

Not too expensive either. There's an "ARU" version available with raid and USB 2.0 and onboard nic and so on too for a few more europeans.
