"Brokaw's solo debut is the best instrumental album since I don't know when... He plays Whelan's in Dublin this Saturday. You'd be a fool not to be there." Padraig Collins, The Irish Times, Thursday 8th August 2002

"Anyone who boasts a CV groaning with names like Codeine, Come, Pullman and Evan Dando is doing something right.. A litany of succulent electronic guitar textures and bold rhythms, this should appeal to anyone who likes Callexico, Tom Verlaine or Aerial M records." Mojo, June 2002

"(Chris Brokaw's album is) an instrumental, guitar heavy recording that is simple staggering in terms of stylistic range and emtional power." The Event Guide, July 2002

Tomorrow's show by Boston's Chris Brokaw at Whelan's will be a mixture of instrumental recordings from his recent acclaimed 'Red Cities' debut album plus vocal tracks from his former band Come as well as a couple of other surprises.

    Stagetime as follows:

    Doors 8pm

    8:30 Goodtime John 9:05

9:20 The James Orr Complex 10:00

    10:15 Chris Brokaw 11:15
