    K, I'VE BEEN SHOPPIN AT Tower, but i'm sure that theres better places to shop (ie cheeper places :)
    And if they're not cheeper may-be they have a better selection... well?

    freebird used to be good
    havent being in ther ina good while though
    all city records is the place to go,allthough its vinyl only
    few mixtapes though

    geez, i know i'm a 'cool newbie' but i aint THAT cool :/

    i was more talkin' abuot cd's.

    Oh by the way... if you could give directions/addresses that woul dbe cool as well :)

    freebird is on eden quay.. (basically downstairs in the newsagents).

    road records, fade st. are very good as well although not the best for hip-hop.

    worth trying borderline (just off meeting square in temple bar) as well.

    All City is by far the best hip-hop shop in dublin, freebird is pretty good too. and although all city is almost all vinyl they're pretty good about ordering in stuff so if there's something in particular u want they'll probably be able to get it for u on cd.
    In terms of cd's i think freebird is probably the best for hip-hop including the 2nd hand section, they're also pretty good about ordering in stuff

    for those interested Virgin currently have Mark B & Blades "The Unknown" for a rather measly 6 euro 95 cents.. while not an all-time great hip-hop album its certainly above average and for that money worth picking up.

    most of the mixtapes are on cd in there
    bit pricey though at 20 squid and up
