OK money or time is no limit, what do put on your lunch sandwich???

Roast chicken on lightly toasted brown/nutty sliced bread with slivers of melted cheese on the base followed by tomato and crunchy lettuce. The chicken would be cooked in the oven stuffed with a lemon and basted with olive oil and garlic and ginger and cool herbs and spices. After chopping the chicken, mix with some mayonnaise or a healthier alternative if you so wish, mix in spices, salt, pepper, mustard, herbs as you wish.

Either that or pure 10kilo diamond sandwiches made with 24carat gold baguettes. mmmmm gold...

Here's my favourite:

It's best to buy a cooked chicken for this and use it whilst still (at least) warm.

Remove leg and thigh meat, roughly shred meat, place in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of mayo, add freshly ground black pepper and mix together.
Place some finely chopped iceberg lettuce into a bowl and add french salsd dressing, mix.
Slice breast meat (keep skin on).
Butter (with real butter please!) two slices of brown nutty bread.

Now, to put it together:
Spread leg meat/mayo combination on a slice of bread.
Put the iceberg lettuce on top.
Put the breast meat on top of that and add salt to taste.
Stick your second slice of bread on top and you have your sandwich!
