Ocean/IOL connection playing up

    Right this ain't just a problem on my computer since I tried my brother's laptop and the same thing happens. When I try to connect to Ocean/IOL, I get to the password verification stage, then it says that the domain/password can't be verified.

    It's not a settings problem I'm having, so what's up?

    My apologies if this has already been dealt with, but I'm not able to check this place very often...
