I'm typing this on my mates laptop, on a
nice table in a tent in the middle of a
    campsite :)
We've got wireless coverage for most of
doolin now as part of the linuxbierwanderung
You can check your mail sitting in the
sun outside the pub, a mile up the road
in the community centre or standing in the
middle of a field a mile away.
    cool!

Yep, it's just up for the duration of the lbw. Till next saturday. Just took a couple of hours to set up. We've been driving around the area and you could cover most of the local towns with just a couple of omnidirectional antennas on the rooves of the highest house.

I know that just down the road in meelick, some lads are sharing a satellite with wireless over a few miles.

    We're all sharing a bloody isdn though! 11mbit lan, 64k uplink. D'oh
