Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

presume youre going for technics 1210s for the decks yeah? mixer wise avoid numark, sliders are muck theyll be leaking within months. pioneer definitely if you can afford it mixerwise. pioneer too for the cd decks, cdj1000 is the best on the market at the moment, altho one will cost you more than 2 1210s, the cdj100 is more affordable and does the trick.

if youre not going for technics decks than id suggest the numark ttx, their new monster. in fairness it p!sses all over the 1210, but it wont ever take over it. technics have an air about them that make them synnonymous with dance djs. but if youre feeling like defying convention go for the ttx, more features, interchangable tone arm (s shaped and straight), reverse, +/- 10 @ 33, 45 and 78 plus super pitch afaik. sweet sweet sweet piece of deck. the torque is only slightly weaker than the technics one, but its barely noticable. hope thats of some help to you
