Yeah... I added the chorus 'cos Dermo decided it couldn't be a song unless there was chorus and poetry is far too not-me. Dermo also guessed exactly who the song was about, damn him. Um, yeah. So, I amn't sure why I posted it... I just felt like it.

Thanks Jean... oh, it just dawned on me that the person this song is about will probably see it... so, I need to explain that it isn't a bad song. It's actually rather upbeat and stuff... I'm trying to find the perfect music to put it to but the following are the top contenders.

It's meant as a happy song... because, I dunno, it happens a lot that I **** up or whatever in a relationship (or before the relationship even starts) and the world seems like crap at the time but I'm able to look back and laugh at every **** up I've ever made. I dunno, it's a happy song because the person it's about makes me happy and suchness.

Its weird, am i the only person who finds that when they write really good lyrics they can never write chords or tabs to go with them, and when you've built up a brilliant guitar piece you never have fitting lyrics for it?

i like my titles for my poems/songs/whatevers more than the actual things themselves at the moment. "are children incredibly dead?", "nothing says true love like the magic roundabout" and "subtlety tortoise" are a few of my favourites. i wish i could remember some of the content and i'd post it....

that's called Quicksilver. i kinda like that one. maybe more later, i don't know if that's as good as i think it is and that's one of the ones i like. the others will stay hidden for a little while 'til i can talk about the people they involve....it's too early yet.
