    Quake3 in Ireland no longer has sponsors, with the exception of our kind ISPs who provide us with the IGN.
    There are two big events coming up that Irish Quake3 players are very interested in: The Oslo CPL (team) and the WorldCyberGames(duel).

    I don't suppose anyone knows somewhere that might sponsor (a) a Clan representing Ireland to go to Oslo and/or (b) a WCG qualifier to send a few Irish duellers to the WorldCyberGames?

    Nethouse used to be the proud sponsors of Irish Quake, who along with help from a few Irish Quakers made Rapture 99, BWEC 2000 and Cologne CPL 2000 possible, to name but a few, aswell as providing Team.ie with a place to practise for no cost. It appears we lost Nethouse when they were rudely "ousted" as official Irish CPL qualifiers by DNC, who have since "talked the talk" but certainly haven't "walked the walk".

    Someone come up with the goods, or we are all doomed to die a ping-spiked death in BW leagues til the next MP game.
