    Has anyone had any experience of returning stuff to them?

    I recently bought a burner and now it has to go back because it faulty. They want me to pay the return charges. this can't be right.

    Thats normally the way it works, you pay to ship it to the company, they fix it, and pay to send it back to you.

    make sure the shipping costs are pre-agreed but they should agree to re-imburse you up to €10 for shipping faulty product.

    get a note added to the RNA number on the matter.
