    Has anybody done one of these befor as part of a job application process. If yes what was it all about. Do ye know of any online examples?

    yes, did one for a sales course i went on.
    quiet interesting if you get to read the results and all that.
    i got back a 20 page document for each of the tests i did.
    which was 2.
    which means 40 pages of self analysis stuff.
    all very interesteing.
    just answer honestly and you should get back a pretty accurate profile of yourself.
    of course, there are some things there i didnt want to agree with :)

    Just went through the test at the url tilt posted, the brief report they gave at the end seemed pretty nail-on-the-head as far as I'm concerned.
    (of course you can purchase the full report for 'blah' dollars... typical)
