Just wondering if anyone knows if you can get interleaving turned of on your line, as it causing problems with me pinging

I'm sure it's worth a phone call or two. You should be aware that turning off interleave will increase your rate of dropped packets. How much depends on the quality of the line. Personally I find dropped packets harder to live with than 40ms extra ping time.
